It has great information on the essential oils

I ordered this book because a friend has it and loves it. It has great information on the essential oils; however it appears this version is missing the appendix on the recommended applications of the oils (where on your body to apply them).

I love to sit and relax at night with this book

Just so everyone knows, this book is almost exactly the same as Emotional Healing with Essential Oils by Daniel Macdonald. The main difference is this one is the most current edition so it has a description of every doTerra single oil and blend. The descriptions are fascinating! I love to sit and relax at night with this book. It's a great one to comb through time and time again. I always reference this when making blends for myself and others. The emotions wheel is a really fun quick reference tool also. I'll be giving my older copy of this same book to my sister so she can enjoy it!

I found out about this book from an essential oils class I took and I'm so very happy I bought it! It's worth having. If you are an emotional person or someone in your family is, it's a great book to have! Even if you are not emotional there are emotions in this book that I didn't know existed! Great buy! Goes hand and hand with The Essential Life book! Also the wheel is a great quick tool to have!
