[[VIDEOID:a35cdee256609318cd288b66f742ee1d]] This collection rocks. Seriously, it's awesome. You get 100 different ways to work out at the office with literally images to follow. And the best part? You don't even have to sweat if you don't want to, there is a "No-Sweat Workouts" section. Some routines are what you would expect with stretching and yoga but that's just the tip of the iceberg. The rest of the workouts will really make you work for it, lots of interesting ideas too. There is also an additional bonus of workouts like "Office Boxer", "Hero for Hire" and "Office Tai Chi". Cool, right? I should mention that it also has workouts like "Back Pain Relief", "Rotator Cuff Rehab", "Neck Pain" etc. Things that usually go wrong at work (particularly when you are sitting down all day) basically.

This book should be on everyone's office table IMO.

Great book - Shows many exercises you can even do in your own cubicle without looking out of place!

Very nice book of all possible office workouts you could do in the office. Some of them might be a little overboard but if you have your own office and not a cubicle you probably could get away with the exercises.
